Hi Sebastian, hope all is well!

Just wanted to say thanks for tech that came yesterday, very good guy and the instruction were clear and he showed us how everything works.. couldn't have it working without him he made many adjustement. We been able to print many bags with him yesterday we will do a good run this weekend... so i guess the next time i contact you will be for more toner.
